The LA County Coroner's Office has announced the cause of death of the late Brittany Murphy‘s husband, Simon Monjack. Although prescription drugs were ruled out as a contributing factor, it appears Simon died of almost exactly the same thing as she did – acute pneumonia and severe anaemia.
