Spare a thought for Joh Travolta: Bangor Daily News reports an airport vehicle accidentally ran over two of the actor’s dogs last week. In an official statement, the city of Bangor (Maine) revealed, “Two small dogs were taken for a walk by someone who is not a family member (of John Travolta’s). An airport service pickup truck was approaching the airplane to service the airplane, and did not see the dogs. Unfortunately, the dogs were struck and killed.
