District 9 actor Sharlto Copely has been replaced by Timothy Olyphant in the sci-fi movie I Am Number Four. According to Variety, Sharlto had to pull out because the shooting schedule conflicted with his press tour for The A-Team (which they surely must have known about in advance). But website Filmdrunk’s on-set source reports that artistic differences may have been the real reason. While Sharlto wanted to look more alien for the role, the director insisted that the alien characters look absolutely normal so they can move undetected among humans.
