Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rhimes attended a Kings of Leon concert together over the weekend and were seen kissing in public despite months of denying that they’ve been having an affair. What? They’re on a break from their marriages, so that makes it okay to cheat and lie, doesn’t it? Last week Eddie whined to Entertainment Weekly, “I don't know how people perceive me.
