Gossip Girl mom Kelly Rutherford (who plays Lily) and her very-ex husband Daniel Giersch have finally beaten out a custody agreement that’ll last till April next year. The couple now have two children together, one of whom was born while they were going through their bitter divorce. According to their new agreement, Daniel will move from LA to New York (where Kelly is filming Gossip Girl), and they will share custody of their children and attend regular co-parenting counselling sessions, according to TMZ.
