Talk show host Tyra Banks is being sued in the Los Angeles small claims court by a former assistant who says Tyra owes him $5820 (R41 000). According to TMZ, Richard Thomas says the money is owed to him for "services rendered as assistant and advisor." Local law means Richard must first ask Tyra for the money personally before she can be sued, but (funnily enough) he's been unable to, saying "I have not been able to catch her while she's in."
