Nicole Richie has told late night TV host David Letterman she’s planning to marry long-time love (and two-time babydaddy) Joel Madden, and they are now engaged. America’s People magazine reports it’s a change from last October, when she told them she’d get married if her kids asked her to, but didn’t plan on walking down the aisle any time soon.
