Score one for the paparazzi. Tyrese Gibson and Sheena McCreary were both accused of a traffic violation, namely "Leaving the scene on public or private property - injury" ie, running away after causing an accident, by Miami cops on 25 January. But paparazzi pictures clearly show Tyrese talking to cops at the scene of the accident, so there’s no way they buzzed off before cops could get their details.
