ex-Frasier star Kelsey Grammer has successfully made sure the man who raped and murdered his 18-year-old sister stays behind bars. According to Access Hollywood, Freddie Glenn was originally sentenced to death for killing Karen Elisa Grammer in 1976, but his sentence was changed to life. Kelsey emailed the prison pleading for parole to be denied as he believes his sister’s killer will strike again, given the opportunity, and because his family are still scarred by what happened to Karen. According to MSNBC, Kelsey’s email read: “Forgiveness allows me to live my life. But I can never escape the horror of what happened to my sister. I can never accept the notion that he can pay for that nightmare with anything less than his life. We all make choices. He made his. Surely a man who has killed so many must never take a single breath as a free man.”
