John Stamos uncovers drunk cover-up

John Stamos his finally fessed up – the ER star WAS drunk when he went on TV in Australia in 2007. He blames the cover-up story – that he was just jetlagged – on studio bosses, those lying liars. He told The Advocate magazine, "I'll be honest: When I went on that morning show, I was drunk. Yes, I was on sleeping pills and I was jet-lagged, but I was also just plastered (drunk). And I never said I wasn't, but that whole Warner Bros publicity machine got involved and said, 'Just say he was jet-lagged.' I said, 'No, tell 'em the truth! I was [bleeping] drunk in Australia.
