TR Knight (who used to play George in Grey’s Anatomy) is not only out of work, he’s all out of love! E! reports that TR (36) and his boyfriend of the past two years, Mark Cornelsen (who’s 16 years TR’s junior), have split. In Touch quotes a source as saying, "It was just a normal break-up.
